Ni-Cr-Fe-based soft magnetic alloy with excellent punching properties

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the blankability of an Ni-Cr-Fe soft-magnetic alloy by controlling Ca content and respective contents of impurities, such as S, 0, and B, without regulating Mn, S type inclusions. CONSTITUTION:In an Ni-Cr-Fe soft-magnetic alloy containing, by weight, 35-40% Ni and 5-14% Cr under the condition of 3X(Ni%)-5X(Cr%)=80 or an Ni-Cr-Fe soft-magnetic alloy containing 40-52% Ni and 0.5-5% Cr under the condition of 50=(Ni%)+4X(Cr%)=60, Ca is incorporated by 0.0020-0.0150% and also respective contents of S, 0, and B as impurity elements are regulated so that they are =0.0030%, =0.0050%, and =0.0050%, respectively, and (S+O+B) becomes =0.0080%.
