PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide staff education support system/method for reducing man- hours for preparing and managing a teaching material by one's company.;SOLUTION: The terminal of a corporation user decides an education course required for the one's company and the number of staffs being the object of education, transmits information on the education course and the number of the staffs being the object of education to a teaching material supplier side through the Internet. The terminal of a transmission education material preparing person receives information on the education course and the number of the staffs being the object of education, sent from the terminal of the corporation user. Teaching material data is selected based on reception information from the education course prepared on the teaching material supplier side. The terminal of the teaching material supplier distributes teaching material data to the terminal of the corporation user through the Internet and transmits charging request information corresponding to a service amount required for the supply of teaching material data to the terminal of the corporation user through the Internet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
