PURPOSE: To easily break a vinyl film for packing paper money without any damage thereto. ;CONSTITUTION: The whole of a holder 20 is kept inclined for a vinyl film, and the end of a hook section 13 is pressed to the vinyl film slightly strong. Then, the holder 20 is pulled toward a front direction. As a result, a blade 14 formed on the internal surface of the end of the section 13 cuts the vinyl film, and the circular arc end of the section 13 comes in contact with paper money. The paper money, however, is entirely free from a concern about damage. In this state, the holder 20 is inclined, so that the circular arc external end of the section 13 can come in contact with the paper money, and, then, pulled. Consequently, the blade 14 on the internal surface of the end of the section 13 easily breaks the vinyl film. Also, the paper money in slidable contact with the circular arc external end of the section 13 is free from a concern about damage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
