容器回転型破砕装置を用いた余剰汚泥の発生抑制

摘要

The increase of excess sludge from wastewater treatmentenhanced.Many reuse technologies of excess sludge are developed recently.these technologies are not suited to sustainable developing society. In this paper,plant isHowever,reducingof excess sludge using solubilization inactivated sludge process is discussed. The labscale experimentalout. Solubilizationexamination using SBR and beads mill solubilizationsludge is returned to the activated sludge reactor.process is carriedThe solubilizationprocess is consisted with beads-mill unit and alkalization unit. New beads-mill unit that isrotary durum type is introduced. As the result, 50% reduction of excess sludge is achieved.Return solubilization sludge is not related with the increase of activated sludge in thereactor. The new beads-mill unit is also suitable as the unit of solubilization.
