A method of repairing a tunnel lining concrete

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method for tunnel lining concrete, capable of increasing the longevity of the tunnel lining concrete after repairing work by reducing repairing time, repairing costs, and the continuous defect inspection operations for the tunnel lining concrete. SOLUTION: The repairing method is provided with the first, second, third and fourth processes. In the first process, a plurality of rock bolts are implanted in the tunnel lining concrete 1 in the area 2 to be repaired. In the second process, the internal side portions of the concrete 1 in the area 2 are chipped away by a water jet. In the third process, plural lightweight-formwork segments 10-12 are completely assembled to the inner surface of the area 2 for the purpose of being permanently fixed through the medium of the rock bolts on the side of the concrete 1. In the fourth process, mortar is infilled in the rear-surface sides of the segments 10-12 in order to be solidified.
