MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR LINING SEGMENT, METHOD FOR LINING TUNNEL AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING TUNNEL LINING BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by a simple constitution, and to facilitate repair and restoration.;SOLUTION: A tunnel lining body 7 is constructed by assembling lining segments 1 in a ring shape after tunnel boring, and sections among joining end faces 2b of segment bodies 2 forming joint sections 8 among the adjacent lining segments 1 are filled with first fillers 9. Straps 10 fitted to the joint sections 8 are manufactured previously, and studs 10a installed on rears before the curing of the fillers 9 are buried in the fillers 9 while being fitted to the joint sections 8 so that planes continued to lining materials 3 for the segments 1, the surfaces of which adjoin, are formed. A welding material 11 composed of the same material as the lining materials 3 is applied so that openings formed among the straps 10 and the lining materials 3 for the segment 1 are filled, and the lining materials 3 are welded on both sides of the straps 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
