METHOD FOR GIVING ADDED VALUE TO MAP AND IMPROVING SERVICE FOR CAR USER WITH USAGE OF TRAFFIC JAM INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the usage of road traffic information and the usage of a map are indispensable for easing traffic jam and reducing the necessary time to a destination, and it is necessary to investigate traffic regulation and an automatic speed regulating device.;SOLUTION: A map screen is outputted on a half of a screen of a CPU terminal device, and the road traffic jam information is outputted on the remaining half screen, and thereby it is possible to avoid the traffic jam and reduce the necessary time to the destination. Further, the traffic regulation, one-way traffic, traffic closure, a position of the automatic speed regulating device, and the necessary time between main intersections and interchanges of an expressway based on a legal speed are entered, and thereby the traffic jam can be eased and the necessary time to the destination can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
