PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously supply time coincident with coordinate universal time (UTC) by requiring fixed time from time when leap second correction should be made to that when time is allowed to coincide with the UTC with fixed accuracy, and by using time being calculated according to a clock signal supply device with an accurate frequency for a fixed amount of time up to time when the coincidence with the UTC is completed. ;SOLUTION: In a UTC supply system, a UTC supply device 100 and an upper UTC supply device 200 are connected to a network 300. The UTC supply device 100 is provided with a system timer 110, a time supply device 120, and the like. The time supply device 120 supplies UTC to the supply device 120 based on time being calculated from a clock signal being obtained from a clock signal supply device 130 while the error of the system timer 110 from the clock of the upper UTC supply device is eliminated with sufficient accuracy.
