PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forcibly drive an exterior fan in a drive stopping state to rotate by determining a snowfall (a possibility of the snowfall), and to prevent the damage of the exterior fan by the snowfall and the like. PSOLUTION: The air conditioner 10 comprises interior machines 12A, 12B equipped with interior heat exchangers 21A, 21B; and an exterior machine 11 equipped with a compressor 16, an exterior heat exchanger 19, and the exterior fan 1. The air conditioner 10 is provided with a control device 13 conducting rotation driving control of the exterior fan 1; and a temperature sensor 50 installed in a specified place on the exterior machine 11, detecting outside air temperature, and sending the detected outside air temperature to the control device 13. The control device 13 forcibly drive the exterior fan 1 to rotate when the outside temperature detected by the temperature sensor 50 is determined to be lower than a specified temperature.
