PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip controller of an automobile and an integrated controller of a continuously variable transmission 56 that does not reduce performance of slip suppression control of an anti-skid brake system 33, does not reduce performance of slip suppression control by a traction control system 35, and can secure restart performance.;SOLUTION: While the anti-skid brake system 33 is operated, a change gear ratio of the continuously variable transmission 56 is regulated at a predetermined position on a high speed side. While the traction control system 35 is operated, change of the change gear ratio of the continuously variable transmission 56 is suppressed. In a predetermined period of the restart of the automobile after the stopping, filtering to be performed in measuring the change gear ratio of the continuously variable transmission 56 is moderated, and the change gear ratio is rapidly measured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
