PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of ≥5 mm long fluffs widely in a short fiber yarn spun by ring frames for contributing to the improvement of the quality of the yarn.;SOLUTION: The fluff lying down tool is provided by shaking a plate-shaped shaking body equipped with curved surface-acting parts by taking a distance equivalent to that between the two front rollers of the ring frames at its upper surface by using a support body making a contact with its lower surface at least at 2 positions as a fulcrum where the shaking is caused by a magnetic attachment to the support body or by the engaging attachment of the front rollers to the shaft, and the length of the curved surface acting parts is almost the same as an average fiber length.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
