PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a market efficient added value for properly evaluating a business department of an enterprise or properly evaluating a new business when starting the new business. PSOLUTION: An operation for determining the capital structure by use of a bankruptcy probability on the basis of the distribution of the ratio of gain amount to investment amount, an operation for determining a capital cost ratio on the basis of the capital structure, a debt cost and a stockholder capital cost, and an operation for determining the market efficiency value added from the capital cost ratio on the basis of an after-tax business gain are performed by a computer, and the period to be evaluated for the market efficiency value added is set, whereby the market efficiency value added based on the business gain after tax of each business is displayed.
