PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting processing device, an accounting processing method, and an electrical apparatus capable of increasing the number of users of rental goods.;SOLUTION: By means of a server 20 held by a rental company, a usage condition such as a usage time and the number of use can be detected from the outside, and the usage condition of an electrical apparatus (a refrigerator 44 or an air conditioner 46) lent to each customer is detected via a home server 40 and a network 12. In compliance with the detected usage condition, an amount of the charge for the electrical apparatus is decided. In this way, the amount of the charge can be lowered in comparison with a conventional fixed rate system, and the number of users of the rental goods can be increased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
