PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color slippage correction device capable of correcting color slippage of picture data of a subject picked up by a linear CCD in accordance with the traveling speed of the subject even when the traveling speed is changed during the traveling of the subject. PSOLUTION: The device for successively correcting time-series picture data D(i) obtained by picking up the traveling subject m by the linear CCD 2 and successively transferred from the linear CCD 2 at fixed transfer timing STT, is provided with a transfer pulse input part 14 for outputting transfer time Si of generating a transfer pulse at detecting the transfer pulse generated at the transfer timing STT, a carrying pulse input part 15 for outputting carrying time Mi of generating a carrying pulse at detecting the carrying pulse generated at carrying timing MPG synchronizing with the traveling speed V of the subject m and a speed variation deviation correction part 22 for correcting picture data D(i) picked up from transfer time SSBi-1/SBup to the transfer time Si in accordance with the carrying timing MPG and outputting the corrected picture data Z(i).
