PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal spray coating which has excellent seizure resistance and wear resistance under the driving conditions of high rotation, high loads, and no lubrication, to provide a method for easily forming the thermal spray coating on the surface of a base material to be thermal-sprayed at a high speed, and to provide thermal spray raw material powder.;SOLUTION: The thermal spray coating consists of an Al and/or Al alloy structure where the phase of an Sn component as a simple substance is dispersed.
