THERMAL SPRAYING POWDER FORMED OF IRON-SILICON-BASED INTERMETALLIC COMPOUND, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, THERMAL-SPRAYED COATING FILM FORMED OF THERMAL SPRAYING POWDER, AND SUBSTRATE HAVING THE THERMAL-SPRAYED COATING FILM COATED THEREON
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thermal spraying powder which has adequate adhesiveness and can provide superior coating film properties (corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and adhesiveness), and to provide a member for a boiler, which has corrosion-abrasion resistance imparted by a film formed of the thermal spraying powder.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the composite thermal spraying powder includes heating a primary powder formed of a single phase, in an adequate temperature region. The member with corrosion-abrasion resistance for the boiler is obtained by thermal-spraying the powder onto a part of a boiler. A raw material of the thermal spraying powder includes 18-22% Si by weight ratio in Fe as a base, in which particles are desirably constituted mainly by only Fe2Si compound. The thermal spraying powder has such a structure that at least one of an Fe3Si compound, an FeSi compound, an Fe5Si3 compound and an Fe2Si compound, which are Fe-Si-based compounds, is finely precipitated inside the powder particle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
