ODONTOTHERAPEUTIC METHOD AND METAL USED FOR ODONTOTHERAPEUTIC METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an odontotherapeutic method which implements a fundamental review of the conventional dental treatment by purporting various kinds of disincentives as 'dental visceral diseases' and considering a new odontotherapy as a therapy to cope with the dental visceral diseases.;SOLUTION: A biocompatible metal is adopted as the metal to be used in dental treatment and such biocompatible metal is used as the artificial organ to be exclusively used for dental visceral treatment. The dental treatment is performed by removing the incompatible metal used for the existing dental treatment and in turn, using the biocompatible metal to be exclusively used for the dental visceral treatment and thereafter the treatment to optimize the dental bite of the tooth group of the upper jaw and the tooth group of the lower jaw is practiced to improve the masticatability and occlusal power. A metal mixture composed of 75 to 85 wt.% gold, 6 to 10 wt.% silver and 9 to 15 wt.% copper is used. As the treatment to optimize the dental bite, occluding paper is made to be bitten by the tooth group of the upper jaw and the tooth group of the lower jaw and the occlusal surfaces are colored. The nonuniform colored portions are then ground and the occlusal surfaces are ground until the three biological reactions; postural reflex, brain stem evoked response and outdoor air response, as indices, are optimized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
