PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the disadvantage that a conventional heat exchange mode between generated heat by a bath heater and bath water involves a large heat loss, to improve the efficiency of heat exchange in the bath heater by means of a forced circulation system in contrast to low efficiency by such a small temperature difference between the generated heat and the bath water in a heat exchange position as results from boiling of static water upon heat exchange with an inner bath heater wall, to appreciably improve the heat exchange efficiency between the generated heat and the bath water by subjecting hot exhaust heat to heat exchange with the bath water pumped into a conduit of a pipe coil disposed in an exhaust pipe, and to contribute to global warming prevention by means of a household implement by reducing fuel consumption.;SOLUTION: A forced circulation pump for continuously maximizing a temperature difference between the bath heater and bath water and a storage pump for reducing exhaust heat to the bath water improve heat exchange efficiency.
