PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of properly evaluating physical function improvement which can be realized by that an aged person or handicapped person does function rehabilitating and building-up exercises based principally on a motivative exercise for improving, rehabilitating, or recovering an injured function. PSOLUTION: A motivative exercising person and a group classified by motivate exercising persons are specified by using a physical function progress recording list having a motivative exercising person specification field, a motivative exercising person anamnesis field, and a function state evaluation field grouped into a plurality of kinds to evaluate the function state, and the physical function progress recording list, physical function progress recording software, and a leg joint measuring instrument are used to confirm and rearrange the physical function progress; and then data measured by the motivative exercising person are entered into the physical function progress recording list and soft and physical function changes are evaluated from items entered into the physical function progress recording list, etc. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
