PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of air collection and to fill potting agent securely and quickly by providing a storing recessed part provided with a plurality of projections on an inner face in a grip part embedded with a basic part of a key main body and filling the potting agent therein. SOLUTION: A grip part 6 is provided with a fitting recessed part 9 and a storing recessed part 10. The fitting recessed part 9 is formed into substantially the L-shape, and the storing recessed part 10 is formed by corresponding to an outer shape of a transponder 7. Projecting parts 11, 11 extending in the direction of depth and two sets of projecting parts 12, 12 per pair are provided and protrude on inner faces at both ends in the longitudinal direction and inner faces on both sides of the storing recessed part 10, respectively, and a plurality of projecting parts 13 are provided and protrude on an inner face in a bottom part thereof. After pouring potting agent and potting agent such as an epoxy adhesive, etc., into the storing recessed part 10, the transponder 7 is inserted therein, and a lid member 8 is fixed to the grip part 6 using an adhesive or a double-sided tape. The potting agent is filled leaving no clearance. Consequently, it is possible to prevent the transponder from dancing in the storage recessed part.
