METHOD FOR CONTROLLING INVENTORY OF ADMIXTURE IN READY- MIXED CONCRETE MANUFACTURING PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the burden for inventory control of admixture on the side of a ready-mixed concrete manufacturing plant and to simultaneously reduce the cost by realizing a planned inventory control by the side of an admixture dealer.;SOLUTION: The ready-mixed concrete manufacturing plant 3 is provided with an inventory volume monitoring device 9 that monitors inventory volume of the admixture stored in an admixture tank 6. In addition, the inventory volume monitoring device 9 is computer 5 for inventory control of an inventory control center 4 of the admixture dealer 1 via a public line 13. Then, the inventory volume of the admixture in the admixture tank 6 is monitored without stop by the inventory volume monitoring device 9 and when the inventory volume of the admixture becomes lower than preset ordered inventory volume, the inventory volume monitoring device 9 automatically transmits order information to the computer 5 for inventory control of the inventory control center 4 via the public line 13.
