A process of producing ready-mixed concrete based on loess is provided to form the loess based ready-mixed concrete with excellent far-infrared radiation as well as reduced cement toxicity by adding processed loess powder after calcining the powder to typical ready-mixed concrete during the production process. The process includes the steps of: forming processed loess powder by baking fine loess powder at 850+/-100deg.C for 2 hours, cooling the powder and processing the powder to have fineness of 3500(cm^2/g)+/-500(cm^2/g); introducing 37-45% of coarse aggregate and 30-40% of fine aggregate to an alignment plant; introducing 10-20% of a mixture A of cement and the processed loess powder from the first step, and 0.5-2% of fly ash into the alignment plant; introducing an admixing agent, 0.03-0.05% of AE water reducing agent and 5-9% of water into the mixture in the alignment plant to produce a mixture B; and overall mixing the mixture B to fabricate the loess ready-mixed concrete product.
