PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to recognize and change a monthly payment amount quickly and easily by a graphical user interface (GUI) of bar graph display and drag and drop by a mouse or the like.;SOLUTION: From a client system, a moving operation of moving all or a part of the graph of one month to the other month by the GUI of dragging and dropping it by a pointer P of the mouse or the like is received. As one more concrete example, a bar graph is divided into units to a prescribed money amount each to be units from one of upper, lower, left and right ends for instance, and when moving to the other month is performed by the drag and drop by the pointer of a pointing device with the respective units as the units as an operation, data indicating contents of the moving operation are transmitted from the client system to a server.
