PURPOSE: To provide a titled device capable of easily cutting into another surface or a felt layer of lawn by providing a movable frame having specific lots of disk-like cutting members movable around a horizontal shaft. ;CONSTITUTION: Lots of cutting disks 11 are fixed to a horizontal shaft 10 with the interval of about 3-6 cm. The cutting disk has a non-circular shape, the peripheral edge forms a cutting edge 11a and the interval of the cutting edge to the shaft fluctuates between the maximum and the minimum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO
