PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery packaging structure and a battery pack capable of being thinned and of realizing a low-cost portable apparatus and to provide a portable apparatus using the battery pack. SOLUTION: This battery packaging structure is provided with housings 25a and 25b having one surface having a relatively large area and the other surface continuing to the one surface, extending in a direction crossing the one surface and having a relatively small area with an opening 21b formed, and a terminal member 19b disposed in the housings 25a and 25b, having a partial surface exposed in the opening 21b and electrically connected to a battery 16 disposed in the housings 25a and 25b. The terminal member 19b includes an end part continuing to the partial surface and the end part is inserted into a recessed part 24b formed in the housings 25a and 25b.
