PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate a correlation between a retrieving sentence and a retrieving object when inputting the retrieving sentence by using a natural Japanese sentence since desired data cannot be retrieved from a large quantity of data when specifying the retrieving object by coincidence with a simple word in retrieval.;SOLUTION: When accepting the retrieving sentence on the client computer 300 side, this retrieving sentence is analyzed, and is outputted to a server computer 200. The server computer 200 executes the retrieval. An object sentence specified by the retrieval is analyzed, and is compared with the retrieving sentence, and is evaluated, and is arranged on the basis of evaluation. This object sentence is sent back to a client computer 300. A result based on the evaluation is displayed by a result display part 340 on the client computer 300 side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
