PURPOSE: To prevent generation of defective energization and to stabilize hanging of a material to be coated by well penetrating a blade into this material to be coated at the time of hanging the material to be coated to a blade of a hanging jig for electrodeposition coating. ;CONSTITUTION: A blade 3 for hanging projected diagonally upward is inserted into a hole A1 near one end of a material A to be coated to hang the material A. At this time, the material A to be coated receives the force toward a perpendicular hanging state by gravity but the blade 3 is previously so set that the edge of the hole A1 of the material to be coated comes into contact with the lower side edge of the blade 3 at the point F2 in the inclined state that the material to be coated attains the perpendicular hanging state, by which the hole edge of the material to be coated is pressed to the lower edge of the blade by the moment of the material to be coated. The coating film is broken by the pressing force of this time. In addition to the above, the edge of the hole A1 of the material to be coated is also pressed to the upper edge of the blade 3 by the weight of the material A to be coated, by which the energization is assured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
