PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom with a hot-water reserving type water heater capable of setting the water heater in a narrow bathroom without being an obstacle to a user of a wheelchair and without deteriorating the hot-water spouting performance.;SOLUTION: The hot-water reserving type water heater 1 is set under a basin 8 in such a position that the front 16 of the water heater 1 does not project 150 mm or more from a standing wall 13, and the bottom 14 is set at least 250 mm apart from the floor 15 of the bathroom. Accordingly, the water heater 1 is not an obstacle to the user in the wheelchair 19.
