PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care insurance illicit claim examination device capable of performing an examination over a plurality of months or as far back as the past. PSOLUTION: This device comprises a reading means 101 for inputting a service providing period or allowance limit ratio; a service providing period judgment means 104 for judging whether the record of a read provision management slip file is a record within the service providing period or not to judge whether the service providing period is within a certified effective period or not; a storage means 105 for storing a provision plan total point in a storage means when the record of the provision management slip file is the record within the service providing period, and storing an allowance limit standard amount in the storage means when the service providing period is within the certified effective period; and a ratio judgment means 107 for judging that the ratio of provision plan total point to allowance limit standard amount is conflictive when the ratio is the inputted allowance limit ratio or more.
