PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health insurance claim form office work cooperative supporting device, a health insurance claim form examination supporting device and their methods and programs capable of facilitating the detection of an error in each health insurance claim form and properly distributing manpower in response to the degree of inaccuracy and the degree of concentration of each claim form for sufficiently improving the efficiency of office cooperative work and obtaining the reduction effect of an inspection processing load. PSOLUTION: In this device and method for supporting the office work and examination of a health insurance claim form, the health insurance claim form information is displayed and operated with health insurance claim form concentration degree information representing information concentrated on about the claim form and adequate examination information for performing an adequate examination on the health insurance claim form possibly having an influence on the calculation of a payment charged to an insured person. This device is provided with an inaccuracy degree information table for respective items in the health insurance claim form for obtaining the health insurance claim form concentration degree information.
