PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet carrying system having improved space efficiency by installing stocker trains on both sides of a stacker, and having inexpensively constructed facilities themselves by making the number of stockers changeable.;SOLUTION: The pallet carrying system applicable to one machine tool comprises a rail 4 extending from a machining station 2 to its intersecting direction, the pair of stocker trains 7 in which the stockers 6 storing pallets 5 with works 1 mounted thereon are installed along both sides of the rail 4, a setup station 8 provided on the side of the rail 4, and the stacker 9 to be reciprocated on the rail 4 for delivering the pallets 5 between the machining station and each of the stocker 6 and the setup station 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
