PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a starting sheet having a uniform property and shape (length), by uniformly supplying a prescribed amount of an electrolytic solution to each of several electrolysis tanks.;SOLUTION: The control device for flow rate in supplying an electrolytic solution comprises a distribution box which is connected to a branching tube connected to a midpoint of a main feed tube through a valve and a flowmeter, and several distribution tubes connected to the distribution box, and a structure of uniformly supplying the prescribed amount of the electrolytic solution to each the electrolysis tank through the distribution tube, by adjusting an opening degree of the above valve. The method for manufacturing the starting sheet is characterized by employing the above device when supplying the electrolytic solution to each the electrolysis tank.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
