PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive communication service providing system suitable for rental management of apartment or the like.;SOLUTION: This system comprises a providing means for providing a my- page identified by a unique address assigned to each user and a launcher page for introducing newly-arriving information; a center-side management device comprising a report signal transmitting means for reporting the formation and disclosure of the launcher page containing newly-arriving information; a user-side terminal set to automatically access the launcher page or my-page when started by the user. The user-side terminal comprises a new arrival report lamp lighting means based on the report signal received by a report signal receiving means, and automatically accesses the launcher page when the new arrival report lamp is lighted, and automatically accesses the my page when the new arrival report lamp is not lighted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
