PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and flexibly perform associative processing between an IC card R/W 200 connected to a browser-installed device 400 and an electronic money server by using the browser-installed device 400. ;SOLUTION: The device 400 sends a processing request to the server 300 and when the device 400 receives information 11 including a transfer indication and processing contents from the server, it is judged whether transfer is carried out; when so, the processing contents are transferred to the card R/W 200, which performs the processing contents and sends the result to the device 400, so that the device 400 transfers the received processing result to the server 300.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
