PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive creation system for tour plan capable of planning a tour plan desired by a user and reflecting information acquired by the user at tour destinations to tour plans in the future. ;SOLUTION: The user transmits retrieval conditions to a server 2 by using a mobile terminal 1 to download a tour plan appropriate to the retrieval conditions from the server 2. The user can upload information acquired at the tour destinations to the server 2 by using the mobile terminal 1. The server 2 adds information uploaded from the mobile terminal 1 to a self-stored database part.
