HIGH-SPEED RECIRCULATION-TYPE ACTIVE WATER PRODUCER USING TOURMALINE ORE AS CATALYST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active water producer that can supply active oxygenated water stably in large quantities and instantly in a water feed tank in order to save water and detergents in e.g. the cleaning industry where water and detergents are used in large quantities.;SOLUTION: The high-speed, recirculation-type active water producer 11 comprises a combination of a tourmaline-water producer 22 containing a cartridge type a tourmaline ore holding section 24. The inside structure of the cartridge 25 being such that a plurality of flow partitions are provided to make feed water 16 to meanderingly flow therethrough and a particulate tourmaline ore 29 is distributed in a separated state, with an ozone gas mixer 33 that forcibly pours an ozone gas into tourmaline-water 17 under agitation with a helical blade 34. According to this producer 11, clusters of water molecules can be disintegrated because the feed water 16 in repeatedly recirculated, and the tourmaline-water having smaller clusters of water molecules, a low dissolved oxygen level, and high detergency can always be stored in a water supply tank 12, from which the tourmaline-water can be supplied stably in large quantities.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
