METHOD FOR TREATING VULCANIZING RUBBER SURFACE USED FOR ADHESION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for eliminating problems in adhesion between a vulcanized rubber and a vulcanized rubber such that an incomplete adhesion is caused by residual buff powder in a buffing process, or inconveniences in handling of a material caused by leaving a part for later adhesion as unvulcanized, or the like, and points of issues from the buffing process in conventional methods, capable of obtaining a comparable effect to the buffing process further easily and surely, and also obtaining a strong adhesion.;SOLUTION: This method for treating the vulcanizing rubber surface is to insert a sheet-shaped material having unevenness on at least one side surface and easily peelable after the vulcanization on an unvulcanized rubber surface which is later used for the adhesion of the vulcanized rubber pieces each other in advance, and then vulcanize the surface. Further, by peeling off the sheet- shaped material just before the adhesion, a convenient appropriate unevenness for the adhesion is obtained on the surface of the vulcanized rubber and the surface can be used as a fresh surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
