PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atrocious crime prevention system which makes it possible to capture a vicious crime quickly. SOLUTION: A video analyzing device 6 which can automatically detect changes of video photographed by a television camera 1 detects an offensive weapon that the vicious crime entering a convenience store or restaurant has and a voice recognizing device 9 automatically detects threat words of the vicious crime collected by a sound collecting microphone 2; and a personal computer 10 receives signals sent out when both the detecting devices detect them and a switch for shooting a steel-made net is turned on an employee or automatically to capture the vicious crime. When the vicious crime is recognized and captured in the convenience store, etc., the television camera, microphone, and steel-made net are only installed where the register counter of the tore can be viewed and connected to the video analyzing device 6, voice recognizing device 9, and personal computer 10, so that the vicious criminal can easily be recognized and captured.
