PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical sedimentation method for sedimenting negative ions in polluted water, and a continuous negative ion removing apparatus using the same.;SOLUTION: In the method for removing negative ions from ground water, surface water, sewage or wastewater containing negative ions, a mixture of alumina cement and a calcium compound is added to water containing negative ions in a reaction tank equipped with a pair of electrodes and an electric field is applied to the interior of the reaction tank through the electrodes to form an insoluble complex salt.
