PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an objective protein. PSOLUTION: The method is to produce the objective protein by using a culture cell-high level expression peroxidase promoter (SWPA2). More precisely, the method is to produce an expression vector for expressing the protein by using the culture cell-high level expression peroxidase promoter (SWPA2), obtain expression vector-transformed Agrobacteria and a transformant in which the Agrobacteria are introduced for mass producing the protein, and mass produce the protein by using the transformant. The method for producing the protein by using the culture cell-high level expression peroxidase promoter (SWPA2) mass-produces the protein such as human lactoferin.
