PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a new wrist mounted electronic device with an enhanced communication sensitivity and an extended communication distance more than those of a conventional wrist mount electronic device with a contactless data communication function without the need for increasing a communication output and an aperture area of an antenna. ;SOLUTION: A display window 102 is fitted to a ease 101 at its front side, and rear cover 103 is fitted to the rear side. A movement 104 is placed to the inside and a dial plate 107 is fitted to the front side.
