PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearing type electronic device with a contactless data communication function that has a structure capable of suppressing a decrease of the communication function even when a conductive member is used for a case body and other parts.;SOLUTION: A movement 104 and a dial 107 are arranged in a case part 101. An annular magnetic member 108 is arranged on an outer peripheral side of the movement 104, and a looped antenna 111 is arranged in an annular recessed groove 108a of the magnetic member 108. An insulation member 109 is arranged on an outer peripheral side of the magnetic member 108. The magnetic member 108 is made of a soft magnetic body having higher magnetic permeability than the case part 101. Consequently, even when the case part 101 is made of a conductive material such as metal, decreases of communication sensitivity and a communication distance can be suppressed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
