PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at a long-termed reliability of electric and electronic devices by using an insulation system material (insulation cap) effective for the insulation of a bundled end part of the electric and electronic devices.;SOLUTION: For the electric and electronic devices, a paper, a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric, a heat resistant film or the like, having excellent heat resistant property, moisture resistant property, electric and mechanical property and weathering property (ecology), having a thermal contraction ratio of not less than 30% in vertical direction and not more than 10% in lateral direction at the temperature of 100°C-200°C, are used as an electric and electronic material for an insulation cap.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
