PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic control device for a boarding bridge which can improve reliability through automatic manipulation.;SOLUTION: This automatic control device for the boarding bridge for aligning the boarding bridge 101 to a fuselage 201 is provided with a light irradiation part B1T for irradiating light to the fuselage, a light sensor B1R which can detect a reflected wave W1 of the light from the fuselage, and actuators 42, 45 and 48 for moving the boarding bridge based on a detection result of the reflected wave by the light sensor so that the boarding bridge is aligned to the fuselage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
