PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for automatic creation for Web educational materials capable of creating Web educational materials with saving work and time without knowledge though knowledge about the TTML, work and time are required to create the materials. ;SOLUTION: The materials can be automatically created by bringing a user into operations of the apparatus according to instructions from the apparatus with developing a computer program to automatically process data files owned by the user and installing the program into the apparatus.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
