PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant flow divider which easily and correctly divides the refrigerant flow, and an air conditioner using it. SOLUTION: In the refrigerant flow divider 45 of a heat exchanger to divide the flow of the refrigerant from an inlet pipe 73 to refrigerant pipes 63 and 64 of the multi-pass heat exchanger, a bend 71 is provided on a flow division part to the refrigerant pipes 63 and 64, and the inlet pipe 73 is joined with a substantially straight pipe part 71B avoiding a bent pipe part 71A of the bend 71.
