PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation support system for a stay-at-home medical treatment patient which makes it possible to easily grasp and evaluate a change over time of information for a patient receiving the stay-at-home medical treatment. SOLUTION: In the evaluation system for the stay-at-home medical treatment patient to evaluate a status of the medical treatment being given to the patient through a visiting staff visits at a home of the patient receiving the stay-at-home medical treatment, the evaluation support system for the stay-at-home medical treatment patient is provided in which it is characterized in that the system is constituted with a database to store patient information including an item of the status of the medical treatment being given in at least one visit made to the patient in the past and a terminal device to be carried when the visiting staff visits at the home of the patient, and the terminal device reads out from the database the patient information in the past visit regarding the patient at a time of visiting at the home of the patient or prior to the visit, captures input of the patient information in this visit and outputs with display on the terminal device a report of the visit including change over time chart regarding at least one item of the patient information based on the patient information in the past and the patient information this time.
