PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination-guidance support system and a medical examination-guidance support method of an in-home treatment adaptable patient capable of giving a more precise medical examination and guidance of the patient by sufficiently utilizing use result information on an in-home medical instrument used by the patient and information obtained when an instructor visits a patient home in the medical examination and the guidance to the patient for receiving an in-home medical treatment. SOLUTION: A server connected to a network timely receives and stores various in-home medical information transmitted from the in-home medical instrument, a measuring device, and a terminal unit of the instructor via the network, and transmits the stored in-home medical information to a terminal unit of a doctor in charge of the patient in the timing adjusted to a medical examination day of the patient.
