PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile insurance rating system which can dynamically calculate a premium based on accurate vehicle use performance by solving the problems of conventional technology, and to provide a mileage notifying system, and a data processing system.;SOLUTION: An insurance contracted vehicle 1 discriminates a mileage of its own vehicle ΔL, and transmits it together with an identification code ID inherent to its own vehicle (1). Each piece of data transmitted from the vehicle 1 is transferred to a data processing center 3 of an insurance company via a relaying station 2 (2). The data processing center 3 calculates an insurance premium M corresponding to this mileage ΔL based on the received mileage ΔL and the identification code ID and charges a policyholder specified with the identification code ID with this charge (3).
