PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infiltration pot which takes rainwater during a temporary water increase, efficiently permeates rainwater taken underground while preventing the clogging of dirts, and also provide an urban type flood prevention system by using the pots.;SOLUTION: This is a vertically long basin which takes water when water in a sewer facility is temporarily increased; a plurality of vertically long slits located at a side wall of the basin are arranged from the inner side to the outer side; and this flood prevention system using the rainwater infiltration pot is used for preventing floods in the urban area as its feature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
